Refund & Return Policy – Mimou Babywear
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to initiate a return
To start a return request, please visit our dedicated returns portal and submit your request online:

Enter your order number and email address, then follow the on-screen instructions.
During the return request, you will be asked to choose one of the following options:
Return Options
1. Standard Return (Refund)
- Ship the item back at your own expense
- Receive a full refund to your original payment method
2. Store Credit
- Ship the item back at your own expense
- Receive a store credit (gift card) for the full value of the returned items
3. Eco Return (No Shipping Required)
- Keep the item
- Receive a $20 refund
- No return shipment required
This option is offered to reduce environmental impact and avoid unnecessary shipping.
Important Notes
- Once a return option is selected and processed, it cannot be changed or reversed
- Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer (except Eco Return)
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered
- Returns that do not meet our conditions may not be accepted

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Banks may require additional time to post the refund.
Special terms for EU customers
Consumers based in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer rights. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Exclusions
The following items are exempt from being returned: sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom items, hazardous materials, products used for hygienic reasons which have been unsealed after delivery.
